Sludge dewatering belt, as its name implies, is designed for solid/liquid separation, especially sludge
dehydration in sewage treatment industry. Made of high quality polyester, our range of belt is heat-set
atexacting temperature and tensioned to achieve much better operational stability. It is suitable for press
belt filter and various vacuum belt filters.
Environmental protection - Our range of quality Sludge Dewatering Belt is regarded as one of the best choices
for waste water treatment and sewage disposal. Excellent water & air permeability allows for repaid dehydration
yet enable the belt to prevent filtered sludge to pass through.
Materials: Polyester fiber.
Uses and Features:
This product is specially designed for wastewater treatment plants as sludge dewatering mesh belt. It enjoys the
features of air and water permeation, while not allowing the sludge. Due to its unique structure, the sludge will get
easily off the belt after filtration. Easy cleaning and long service life.
